RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: - garage (for 6 cars) euro 10,00 per car per day - use of the sauna and whirlpool shower including a welcome tray with fruit and ice tea: euro 8,00 per person (60 minutes) - euro 16,00 for a person alone - relaxing massages
EXTRA AND REDUCTIONS: - children: in the same room with 2 paying persons on a b&b basis: 0/1 y. free including breakfast - 1/3 y. euro 5,00 per day - 3/9 y. -50% per day - 9/12 y. -35% per day - over 12 -20% per day - only room without breakfast: -8 euro per person (on full rate) - single room: +10 euro per day - double for single use +20 euro per day
SPECIAL OFFERS: - in period A: 1 child up to 9 years sharing the room with 2 paying adults is free for stays of min. 5 days (in bed and breakfast accomodation)
Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. and untill 6.00 p.m on the day of your arrival.In case of late arrivals please call us. We consider rooms booked after receiving a deposit (usually one night per person). In case of cancellation MORE than 15 days before arrival, you can still use the deposit for another stay during the season. In case of delayed arrivals departures before the established date or cancellations LESS than 15 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit as indemnity. notes: type of rooms: standard rooms: comfortable double rooms (some rooms have a balcony) entirely furnished with old pieces of furniture.
